2.1 Creators Con offers a diverse array of creative classes, programs, workshops, webinars, events, and other educational experiences ("Classes"). These Classes cover various creative disciplines and are carefully curated to enhance your creative knowledge and skills.
2.2 Our commitment to delivering accurate and up-to-date information is unwavering. However, you acknowledge that the content on our website, including descriptions of Classes, Services, and events, may be subject to change. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on our website.
2.3 All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, designs, logos, trademarks, and downloadable materials ("Content"), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 3.1 Registering for Creators Con Classes is subject to availability and requires payment. Once you have successfully registered and made payment, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed information about the Class and its schedule.
3.2 The prices for our Classes are prominently displayed on our website. While we strive to maintain consistent pricing, we reserve the right to adjust Class prices at any time without prior notice.
3.3 Payment methods and options, including any available payment plans, will be outlined on our website. Failure to comply with the terms of a payment plan may result in the cancellation of your enrollment.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Intellectual property rights pertaining to our website, Content, and Services remain the exclusive property of Creators Con.
4.2 You explicitly acknowledge that all materials provided to you during our Classes, including presentations, handouts, videos, and other instructional resources, are solely for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of these materials without our explicit written consent.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your enrollment in a Class, you must adhere to our cancellation policy as follows:
Cancellations made up to 5 days before the Class start date are eligible for a full refund.
Within 5 days of the Class start date, a 50% refund will be provided.
No refunds will be offered once the Class has commenced.
5.2 Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@creatorscon.com.au, and refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of receiving your request.
6. Privacy and Data
6.1 At Creators Con, we take your privacy seriously. We adhere to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
